Our BBQ meats are dry rub only. They are smoked low and slow with a mix of hardwoods. We use our BBQ in creative ways with loaded smoked baked potatoes, loaded corn cakes, sandwiches and much more.
Yes, even though all of our meats are dry rub only, we have plenty of sauces to choose from that you can have on the side. We give out one sauce per meat ordered but since our sauces are made in house and take a lot of time, effort and resources, we do charge for extra sauces. We do not automatically choose a sauce for you so if you want sauce please specify which one you would like when ordering.

Unfortunately, no. We are not equipped to take pre-orders for take out. If you are having guests and want to place a large order ahead of time, we recommend ordering from our catering menu 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, you can still place a large order from our regular menu, you will just have to call when you are closer to your chosen eating time.
Please visit our catering page for more info.
We make as much food as the smoker can fit but since we are still doing everything solely out of the food truck certain items can run out quickly depending on how the customers ordered before you. If you're set on having a specific item, we suggest trying to come earlier in the day.
