Here they are! Co-owners Tom Lyon & Doug Moniz, the dream team behind Missing Link BBQ.
Chef Tom has a lot of experience in the industry, working as the Executive Chef for places like 22 Bowens, Farm & Coast Market and most recently helping to open Brick Pizza Co. in Bristol, RI. All while perfecting his BBQ technique and house made sausage recipes to bring us an explosion of flavor that you will not find anywhere else.
Doug has found his home in the restaurant industry after climbing the management ladder in 2 other industries. He brings a certain flair for sales and marketing but paired up together this duo is ready to take the BBQ world by storm.
